What we choose to do with the energy we generate in our asana practice can have a positive impact in the world. The clearer we are about what that energy is, and where we want to direct it, will increase the potency of our endeavor.
This workshop gets us in touch with our prana, clears away distractions, and takes us through a structured process to bring positive shifts in our lives and for those around us. The practice consists of guided meditation, chakra awareness, working with karma, and an embodied “wish fulfilling jewel” movement meditation. Open to all levels of practioner, please bring a journal.
