This 75 minute flow will explore the strength found in moving slowly and rhythmically through a creative, non-traditional vinyasa sequence. Peppered with anatomical cuing and imagery, this class offers students an experiential opportunity to develop body literacy, foundational strength, and grace through movement.
As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Lindsay’s teaching style is informed by her background in biomechanics and applied anatomy, as well as her love for conducting a layered class that prepares the body gradually for a peak pose. She’s looking so forward to offering this class at Kula Fest!
