Rise and Shine is a one-hour workshop that invites students to start their day with a nourishing and energizing yoga practice. In this workshop, we will explore the other limbs of yoga beyond physical postures (asanas), including meditation, breathwork, and chanting.
By incorporating these elements into our practice, we will awaken our senses, calm our minds, and connect more deeply with ourselves and our surroundings. Through guided meditation and pranayama (breathwork) exercises, we will cultivate a sense of inner stillness and focus.
We will also explore the power of chanting, using our voices to create vibrations that can help release tension and promote mental clarity. This practice is suitable for all levels and will leave students feeling refreshed, invigorated, and ready to embrace the day ahead.
